We are able to ship our birds by Continental Airlines. Continental airlines keep the birds climate controlled for their entire journey so we are able to ship them year round. As of January 2006, current prices for shipping with Continental is $119.00 at buyers expense. Also added to this shipping cost is a refundable $20.00 crate deposit which will be credited to you upon return of our crates.
Delta also ships pets, however they do not allow travel to areas with temperatures over 85 degrees, so timing is slightly limited. Charge for shipping via Delta airlines is $92.00.
We may also ship them via USPS only from the airport post office to your airport post office. This method of shipment does not have any insurance so we are unable to guarantee safe arrival of birds shipped through this method.
We prefer for your bird to be picked up. We are willing to drive to meet buyers for sales transactions; this will generally incur a $25.00-$50.00 travel fee.
