Lady Gouldians South is owned and operated in east Texas. I raise my birds in a great family setting and in a climate controlled environment. I take pride in the quality of all my birds and provide the best of care on a daily basis for these precious little birds. My lady gouldians are raised in large aviaries allowing them more than adequate flight space and are bred in colonies just as they do in nature. They are provided with swings for play and receive daily baths. Their diets consist of high quality food consisting of both regular finch as well as fortified finch food. They are also provided with Proteen-25 egg food as well as our own vitamin enriched, freshly prepared moist egg food. Also available in their aviaries at all times is cuttle bone, hay, and millet spray
All of my gouldian babies are parent raised and are banded according to the aviary in which they were hatched to assure that no inbreeding occurs with any of the babies once they are mature adults.
